The location is fantastic. It's within walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops in town.

They say they have on-site parking but they do not. You have to park on the street. Some of the street parking is short term, so pay attention to the signs.
We called the number listed for this hotel to fund out where we should park and was told we could use the parking lot across the street, which was for a store. The store was already closed so we parked there. We left fairly early in the morning, before the store opened again.

Check your email the day of your check in for the front door code as well as the code to your room. There isn't anyone on site to let you into the building. The front door code took a minute to work and we didn't have any issues after that.

There is no lift, just any FYI for anyone with mobility issues.

The room was clean & cozy. The was hand soap in the bathroom but no shampoo or body wash. We brought our own but just a heads up to anyone staying here.

This self-check in hotel is centrally located, just a few minute walk from the ferry and has restaurants and shopping in the immediate neighborhood. The negative about the location is that there is a rather laud restaurant/bar with music and outside seating directly across from the hotel, so it is not a peaceful location. |The room itself is large, but simple things are missing. There's no easy chair or comfortable seating, although plenty of space for a love seat. There is a kitchenette with fridge, but no stove or hot plate. No microwave. |The bathroom appears to have been recently remodeled, but the job not finished. No towel rack or toilet paper holder, no exhaust fan, shower improperly installed, electrical socket doesn't function, only dim ceiling light and no light over the mirror/sink. |The room has only three electrical outlets (no extension cords), one didn't have a cover plate and looked unsafe. The nightstand lamp didn't have a cord long enough to plug in! No outlet for a c-pap.|These are mostly easy fixes, but apparently the owner doesn't care.|There is a long flight of stairs to the rooms and no lift.

Very great value for the price we paid. Nothing over-the-top, simple clean and comfortable. Nice hot shower and cozy bed. It was the perfect one night stay.

The property didn't have electricity because apparently they had lost power a few days prior so we had no lighting or wifi for our stay. They promised us a refund and then never responded to our messages. Awful. They didn't bother to tell us when we booked that none of these basic amenities would be available. They also gave us the wrong room code so we couldn't get into our room, which would have been fine, but the hotel is not staffed.

We had to reschedule the day of arrival and that was no problem.
Only bad experience was the terrible vanilla scent in the hallway and a clogged drain in the sink in the bathroom.
Great view if the windows were cleaned.

Smaller than a single college dorm, poor to non-existent (and always automated) contact with management. Looks nothing like the photos. Door keypad defective (and I have a technical background, so it's really bad). Overall - sucks. Do not waste your time here.

I dont like giving low stars but ultimately we would have picked somewhere else if we had the choice. ||+ Self check in is great and works fine, get emailed a keycode for the hotel room door when its ready.|+ Beds and pillows were comfy|+ Warm|+ A bit dated but overall acceptably clean|+ Great location, 2 mins from ferry terminal ||- Sound travels well, there were people talking in another hotel room until the early hours of the morning and it was very loud for us, it didnt sound like they were shouting or anything, and I could hear someone coughing all night|- The complimentary tea/coffee basket had not been replenished and even had previous guests' open packets left in it.|- There was a kettle and a little kitchen maisonette but no mugs so we couldn't even make our own coffee|- Barely a quarter of a loo roll left in the toilet leading to a bit of a morning panic|

Camere pulite e non male, una volta raggiunte, benché nella nostra una finestra non si chiuda e in bagno un gancio sia divelto. Il wifi non va, e quando è visibile non ha accesso a internet.
La vera tragedia sono i tastierini numerici su cui digiti il codice per aprire portone e porte: forse sono scarichi, forse solo vecchi. Ma non si accendono, non recepiscono il codice. Vergognosi
