It was pretty good food! I got the burger and my husband got the fish and chips, and both were fine. We also got the lazy daisy cake for dessert and that was fantastic!

Sarah was great and her Mother coaked the most delicious lamb chops with a bearnaise sauce and the Icelandic Skyre Cake......... Well, I now believe ranks higher than some of the best cheesecake I've ever had.

I and my friend had a lamb chops, baked cod which is fish of the day and mushroom soup.
Then every single meal was AWESOME!!
I highly recommend this restaurant!

I found this restaurant on a Trip Advisor post for the Golden Circle. We planned our route to stop here for dinner which was our main meal for the day. I chose this place because it was advertised as farm to fork. The “veggie” burger was an impossible burger, not a veggie burger. As a vegetarian, I could not eat it. It was the only vegetarian option on the menu. I was with four other meat eaters and they were very underwhelmed with the menu. The menu is very limited, consisting of wings, burgers & mozzarella sticks. This restaurant caters to the camp site nearby. It is not a farm to fork option. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The restaurants along the main tourist attractions are a better option.

We were searching for something warm to eat (there are not many restaurants in this area) and found this cozy little place. The waitress was very friendly and nice. There were a lot of guests and she was all alone, but still she stayed nice and patient with all of her guests. The food was basic but very delicious. We would definitely come back. Thank you very much!

Seeing the reviews, i think we came on a bad day as well. The burger was tastless, mozzarella sticks felt like they are from the freezer and the chicken nuggets from my colleague were not eatable. There is no love or effort put into the food, for the price of 4000 spent, we were not happy at all. Sorry for the bad review, but its an honest review.

We ate here after the Secret Lagoon. The server was very friendly. Ordered the fish and chips and lamb leg. The lamb was fantastic and the jus with it was as well. The fish and chips was solid, 7 out of 10. Overall I would recommend and order the lamb!

We had dinner here and we stayed in the guest house with the shared bathroom. The food we had was yummy. The room was nice and there were two bathrooms so we didn't have to worry about other people using the bathroom when we needed it. The breakfast was also nice and yummy. We recommend this stay!
