When I ordered there was only one other customer. After 20 minutes wait, I saw the other customer finishing their drink (they ordered after me). I asked and learned they forgot to make the drink. That just can’t happen. Then, they suggested that I had already picked it up. Luckily I had a receipt as proof otherwise I wouldn’t know how they would have handled it.

Few customers, 20 minutes of waiting for two juices, because the young people who work there talk to their friends, no work organization - instead of dividing the work system, one person makes the juice, starts cutting the products, forgets about the juice, and you waiting, waiting and waiting. And in the end you get too little juice even though you order a large one

The staff is very often chatting on the phone, and you might end up standing around for like 5 to 10 minutes, waiting for them to finish and everything. After that, they come over all unfriendly, as if me being a customer is, like, interrupting their phone call or something. Yeah, the workers here, in general, are just really unfriendly. Also, the tables are always dirty with leftovers from previous customers.

Whenever I stop by for a juice the employees are helpful and nice. The guality is always top.
