The worst experience of my life. Beware of brining your beloved items here! They damaged my Theory silk beige trousers coz the person who did the job forgot to take off some black plastic thing from them and it stained the trousers with black spots and then they tried to blame it on me (I never had this approx thing on my trousers). Then the owner agreed to pay me off 15k isk for these trousers and never did. I tried to call 5 times, with the decent amount of days in between, the only thing I heard is that the accountant will do it but has some issues bla bla. In the end I gave up as I understood that they would never pay me off for the damaged trousers (which were expensive hence I brought them to “professional” laundry).

This is the worst experience that I ever have. Firstly, she told me to come after 3 hours but when I come they say it's not ready so I have to wait 40 minutes. Because of that they wash my clothes (some of them was after one use) on high temperature. Off course I don't check it right after because they folded my clothes and put them in a bag so It looks good and ready. At home I realized that there are holes in the new jeans and the thick wool sweater has become too small. This sweater. It cost me 18 000 and. Jeans cost me 23,000 that's about 400$ I will not mention the rest of the clothes. Watch out for this laundry. I will never use them again.
