The staff was very friendly and helpful with air cleaning my drone which went into sand. Drone works great!

Products are good but it’s better order from the site direct unless you need cameras accessories.

Customer beware and ask about return policy. They will not take back product that has had seal broken or has been turned on. This is apparently the Reykjavik store policy. The US allows for 14 days return even if opened. This store in Iceland won’t sell “used” product due to warranty being started. The goggles 2 are cool but difficult to connect and use if you are new to drones. Gummi is the current manager.

Wanneer in Reykjavik bent en fan bent van DJI, of nu zelf wel eens wilt zien hoeveel soorten drone's er zijn, dan is deze plek perfect.

Binnen is er zelfs een kooi gebouwd om zelf drone's uit te proberen. Heel bijzonder.

Excellent service, first of all if you are a tourist you can get VAT refund back and the guys are super friendly and knowledgeable. I bought a DJI mini 4 pro and a microphone and I dropped the drone and they cleaned it for free. I am gonna buy everything from them. The owner has also an amazing instagram account with awesome drone footage , wondering why he doesn’t have millions of followers, check out siggizoom and you will not regret it !

Trotz unseres schlechten Englisch wurden wir sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend bedient. Unser Kauf einer DJI Mini 4 pro fly more Combo war nur 60€ teurer als zu Hause beim Versandhandel mit dem großen A. Sollte uns nochmals eine Drohne vom Wind davongetragen werden, gehen wir gerne wieder hierher ;0)
