Extremely unfriendly hosts. Accommodation was ok but we had to call them for the Wi-Fi code, as we got nothing but the keypad codes in the info leading up to the stay. The instructions for the use of the hot tub were also nowhere to be found and after a really unfriendly response from the hosts re the wifi code, we didn’t feel comfortable calling them again. |I hasten to add that the experience we had with the hosts of the other six places we stayed on our trip in Iceland was always very friendly and welcoming and nothing like the hosts at Baldursbra!

Das war eine schrecklicher Aufenthalt zum Glück nur für 1 Nacht.

Es hat gestunken, ein Mann ist auf allen 3 Etagen auf den Toiletten zum rauchen gegangen. Es stank bis in die Zimmer. Englisch konnte er keiner und personal war nicht vor ort.Über uns wurde Party gemacht bis 2:00 was man sehr hörte.

ES GIBT KEINE KÜCHE! Keine Ahnung woher die bilder kommen aber es gibt KEINE!

Tolles Guesthouse das dazu noch sehr gut gelegen ist im zu Fuss Reykjavik zu erkunden.
Die Zimmer sind geräumig und das Bett wirklich bequem.
Die Gemeinschaftsküche ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Der Yakuzi ist einfach perfekt um Abends abzuschalten. In den frühen Morgenstunden muss man sich auf etwas Lärm durch das kommen um gehen einstellen und auch das Gemeinschaftsbad wird nicht von allen gleichmäßig sauber gehalten.
Preislich okay doch und sauber. Dennoch Preis - Leistungstechnisch eher oben positioniert.
Dennoch zu empfehlen.

Ho pernottato in questa guesthouse per una sola notte. La posizione è molto buona e la camera non è male considerando che è appunto una guesthouse.. il problema è la cucina condivisa.. io davvero non so come sono abituate certe persone, ma lasciare quello schifo in bella vista è alquanto raccapricciante. Io consiglierei delle telecamere almeno da vedere chi è che lascia questo schifo e fargli pagare un supplemento, perché da un luogo di condivisione diventa un porcile e basta.

The house and the furnishings are in a very bad condition, everything is very dirty and there was almost no water in the shower, the toilet was also not fully functional. The kitchen was completely disgusting and falling apart, don't even get me started. I was also woken up once in the morning by a fire alarm where nobody felt responsible and even the owners did not come, which is why I had to take care of the alarm myself so that I could continue sleeping. Since only the location and the price are a plus and the rest rather disastrous I can not give many stars here.

Such a cozy spot! Very clean, comfy beds. Host was very quick to respond to email. Loved the shared living space, fast wifi. Kitchen had everything we needed and more! A short walk down town, would definitely recommend.

Very cosy place. They have warm rooms all the time. Big comfort kitchen and a lobby with a lovely cat. The location is perfect for short walks to the center. They have always warm coffee for the guests. The rooms are clean and the shared bathroom is clean with warm water all the time. I would definitely recommend it and i will come back to this next time.
