Dit hotel er en ideaal plek for å overnatting nær flygflaten Keflavik eller utflukter til lavafeltene – stedet er så godt som utenom i havekrogen siden den vulkaning av spurten.

Hotelllets innkjøping var sehr venlig av de dame fra housekeeping da vi kom for tidig til hotellet, og var utstyrt med en god morgonmad

For å spise ut i aften ville jeg anbefale å gå til Restaurant Papas, som er ikke så langt fra hotellet.

Personelet var aldri sprengt

Alternativt kan man også bruke hotellets eigen restaurant.

Et vurdere å besøke området rundt omkring hotellet, hvor man kan finne mange interessante sightseer.

Dit hotel is een ideaal plek voor als je een overnachting zoekt dichtbij de luchthaven Keflavik of uitstapjes naar de lava velden het plaatsje is zo goed als verlaten sinds de vulkaan uitbarsting maar maakt zeker indruk op jezelf, ze noemen het stadje Ghosttown.
Het ontvangst was zeer vriendelijk door de dames van het hotel (housekeeping)omdat we te vroeg waren in het hotel…
Ook het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid !!
Voor het avondeten zou ik adviseren om naar Restaurant Papas te gaan niet gek ver van het hotel vandaan.
Voor ons echt een aanrader!!
Spraakzaam zijn ze niet het personeel…

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Geo Hotel Grindavik! The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-equipped, making it perfect for our family trip. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to offer great local tips and assistance. The breakfast was fresh and delicious with plenty of choices. The location is ideal for exploring the Blue Lagoon and other nearby attractions. We truly felt at home and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Grindavik.

We had a fantastic stay at Geo Hotel – the perfect base for exploring the Reykjanes Peninsula. The rooms were clean, modern, and surprisingly spacious. Staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making us feel right at home. It’s just a short drive from the Blue Lagoon and some beautiful hiking spots. Great value, peaceful atmosphere, and a cozy vibe overall. Highly recommended if you're looking for a quiet, comfortable stay in Iceland!

Поселение в отель по кодам в букинге, на рецепшин ночью людей нет.

Тихо , спокойно.
Утром нас ждал сытный вкусный и разнообразный завтрак 🥞

I had a great experience staying at Geo Hotel Grindavík. The location is ideal — quiet, peaceful, and just a short drive from the famous Blue Lagoon. The building is modern and very clean, with a sleek, minimalistic Icelandic design.||The room was cozy, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with local recommendations or transportation tips. I especially appreciated how organized the check-in/check-out process was.||Breakfast was fresh and satisfying, and the common areas were spotless, which shows their attention to cleanliness.||Highly recommended if you’re visiting the Reykjanes Peninsula or planning a trip to Blue Lagoon. Would absolutely stay again!

I made a booking via Booking.com and paid in full in advance of the stay. My plans changed so I cancelled within the cancellation period. Despite repeated requests to the property via Booking.com I have yet to receive the refund nearly one month after the cancellation. This is either a bogus hotel or managed by very dishonest people. Do not use this hotel provider as they will steal your money if you cancel with the cancellation period.

Quiet and easy access hotel. Rooms are standards, as invite fruits and Prosecco.
Cafe machine in the room.
Great and tasty breakfast with variety of food as in 6* hotels.

Solid hotel and close to blue lagoon so is what it is. 2 of 3 hotel rooms wouldn’t lock from the outside so that was concerning so need to fix that issue. Front desk was amazingly receptive and complimentary breakfast was great!
