我們是住樓中樓的房型，要爬上去到閣樓的樓梯相當危險，且都有鐵釘裸露，廚房用品跟洗衣機相當良好，但房間內燈光昏暗，燈泡壞了也沒換。
最令人失望的是，通往房間要從後巷的樓梯，我們前往的時候有下雪，樓梯積了相當多冰塊及雪，還要搬大行李上樓梯，非常危險，如果可以接受以上的條件，再來入住。

Appartamento superior va bene solo per 2 persone cioè una sola camera con letto matrimoniale poi un divano letto tutto scassato e tre materassi nel sottotetto con scala a pioli e non ci si sta nemmeno accovacciati , se ti devi alzare per andare in bagno è meglio che preghi perché se cadi da quella scala hai finito la vacanza

Solo una finestra dell’appartamento Deluxe si affaccia sulla via principale. L’ingresso per tutti e tre gli appartamenti si trova sul retro di esercizi commerciali con spazzatura a vista, cataste di sedie e altri materiali. Scala di accesso scorticata. Nel Deluxe, i letti dei ragazzi erano in realtà materassi poggiati sul pavimento di un bassissimo e angusto sottotetto accessibile solo con scala a pioli.

The apartments are located out the back of a cafe and the area you have to pull your gear through is covered in rubbish. The parking is difficult on a street on other side of cafe. You have to cart your gear back and forward. The apartments stated there was a washing machine. We arrived soaking wet off the puffin tour boat with a week off washing to do knowing there was a washing machine here. We walk into the apartment and there is a sign on the washing machine saying ‘don’t use it’s broken.’ It’s freezing cold. We have to pay a very large roaming phone call to contact the owners who tell us to talk to a shed outside a backpackers to do our washing. We have to this in the cold with wet shoes. The place they told us to do our washing is extremely expensive like isk35000! We have emailed them, they don’t reply. There’s no offer to pay this or any type of refund. They did not tell us the washing machine is broken before we arrived. It ruined our evening standing in a shed in the cold next to a washing machine down the road at a backpackers when we are exhausted and need dinner. They do not reply at all to any communication. The apartment is noisy with street noise in the night. This is a terrible example of extremely poor hosts

Très bel appartement, bien équipé, propre (Superior). Manque peut-être une machine à café à dosettes et la chambre à l'étage est bien pour de jeunes adultes et adolescents mais pourrait être dangereuse (accès par échelle, lits mansardés). En tout cas très bonne adresse et très bien placé.

Visited in May and booked the superior apartment. All is all it was great place...A little hard to find but once we found the right tunnel it was east access. Parking is a little confusing when you have to pay and when it's free, but I figured it out when I downloaded the parking app. short walk to lots of good places to eat. The washer was a little confusing, I didn't speak pictures...maybe put the manual in a drawer for the appliance challenged men to do a load of clothes...lol

Visited May 2022 in the superior apartment. The apartment is accessible up a flight of stairs and there is no lift, so you will have to carry your luggage up but this is not a big issue considering the steps were just a few.

Very good location in the center of Akureyri.

Space is clean and well equipped with a washer-dryer, full kitchen, television.

However, the WIFI wasn't working and when I contacted the host, I didn't get a response.

Fantastic location and room was mostly clean (lots of dust comes in through the window if you leave them open). Access is tough if you don't have wifi readily available because they send the code on the day of. No coffee or tea provided and difficult to get a hold of the owner/booking company when we needed to. The washer/dryer was almost impossible to figure out and the dryer function didnt work well so we had to hang our clothes all over the apartment to dry. Overall decent stay!
