I cottage sono davvero accoglienti e con un potenziale a 5 stelle, ma alcuni piccoli problemi nel servizio mi fa porre quattro stelle anziché 5.
L'acqua calda è limitata, davvero limitata, dopo una doccia è difficile riuscirne a fare una seconda nella successiva ora o più. storia simile per il riscaldamento che non era acceso quando siamo entrati in stanza e ci ha messo un po' a riscaldare il tutto.
Per il resto ci è piaciuto stare lì per una notte e la reception ha sempre risposto prontamente ai messaggi. Sarebbe bello avere qualche cosa in più per poter mangiare in camera o fare colazione, basterebbe poco, qualche posata o tovagliolo in più.

Consiglio a tutti di passare di qui per le viste mozzafiato sulle scogliere.

Wir hatten hier für eine Nacht auf unserer Rundreise eine Cottage gebucht. Von außen sieht die Anlage super super schön aus, befindet sich in umgehender Strandlage und verfügt über ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten. Die Inneneinrichtung/Ausstattung ist leider nicht ganz so Top. Im Badezimmer ist eine Tapete angebracht, welche sich aufgrund des Dampfes löst. Die schöne Glastüre hat leider einen Sprung und einige Steinschläge. Der Service an der Rezeption war leider auch nicht so super. Zum Frühstück oder weiterem gab es keinerlei Informationen und es war sehr kurz gebunden.

Stayed at the Arnarstapi cottages one night on our way to Olafsvik. The cottages had a great view for Northern Lights. Dinner and breakfast at the restaurant was really good. The cottage was warn and cozy and we will definitely stay there again if we are in the area.

The cottages are so cool and chill enjoyed it very much, beds are comfortable, could be 3 pillows or 4 but 2 were fine, no tv but that did not matter because, we had our MacBook👌. Very calm and quite, do recommend driving around Snæfellsjökul, veryyyy nice views, nice parking with no attacking birds🦅, the toilet door is a bit crooked so hard to close, did not expirience any hot water running out as you should not sing in the shower, the service ladies were very 🙌 🤩 awesome and super good as the radiator worked very well and if we wanted it to be colder we could turn it of so that was nice. The hot water lasted 10minutes and 24 seconds! Wich was surprisingly long according to all the bad reviews!

Very cute cottages. Romantic and quiet with great views. They are spread apart so you aren't close to your neighbors. Nice little town with 3-4 places to eat, although everything is pricey like the rest of Iceland. Beautiful views. The hot water doesn't last long though so shower quick!

Tolle Lage und schöner Blick aufs Meer. Der Parkplatz und die Straße störten uns gar nicht. Restaurant in Gehentfernung.
Minuspunkt: Wifi funktionierte gar nicht!
Tisch im Zimmer wäre nett.

From the outside, the cottages look very luxurious. From the inside, unfortunately, they are not really. There is no TV, no small table, the toilet lid was broken, the sheet torn. Hot water was available for 10 minutes, then it was over. When you take a shower, everything in the bathroom is flooded. It was very bright in the room despite the curtains.

You have to walk to the cottages, but you are attacked by the birds that nest there (it is currently breeding season). I personally find it a pity that you have to build something like this right there, for the birds it is certainly stressful. We were allowed to drive with the car directly to our cottage, because the birds defend their territory really aggressive - although you are not allowed otherwise.

Also the view is not really nice, you look at the road and the few surrounding restaurants. It looks much better on the Google photos.

The breakfast was okay. At 9 o'clock almost everything is gone or cold.

Prachtige cottages, met ruime woon-/slaapkamer en een ruime, moderne badkamer. Het bed is groot en slaapt prima.
De locatie is geweldig, rustig, en vlakbij de prachtige rotskust en andere bezienswaardigheden.
Wij konden 's nachts het noorderlicht naast het huisje bekijken en fotograferen.
Minpuntje: het apart bij te boeken ontbijt bij het hotel is prijzig maar niet heel erg uitgebreid.
