Beautiful church. Kind congregation with great missionaries. I love the statue of Jesus in the lobby.

If you are looking for a church service while visiting Iceland, this is a great choice. They have ear pieces you can wear so that you can hear the service translated in English. They have material in the front lobby if you want to know more about this religion’s beliefs.
Do not feel like you need to dress up to attend. We sat in the back with other visitors and we were all in our “explore Iceland” clothes.
Note: This is an open communion service, when the bread and water cups are passed to you on a tray, you may take one if you wish but do not have to. No donations are required or even asked for to attend. Do not place money on the trays as they go by, it is for the bread and water only.

This is a beautiful chapel with friendly members. It is a great experience to come visit and they even have translators that you can put in your ear and someone will translate everything that is said for those of us who don't speak Icelandic.
